Through this evaluation, we can create a specific care plan that uniquely addresses your health requirements and can also be attuned to your preferred manner of payment, whether it is out-of-pocket or with your insurance.
Prices for services may be affected by the number and specialization of the staff that you need to manage your health, the number of hours required for home visits and how often you need to be visited in a given period of time – such as in a week or a monthly interval.
Another factor that affects the pricing is the specific programs or services that you will require from the health and home care professional(s) at Help Mates Delivery & Transport, LLC.
Our staff can help you determine your need for home care services. Schedule a home care needs assessment with us. Help Mates Delivery & Transport, LLC will be assigning a care coordinator or registered nurse to visit you at home for a consultation. We will use the results of the home care needs evaluation to design your plan of care.
