Personal Care
In our Personal Care program, Help Mates Delivery & Transport, LLC will arrange for you or your family member to be a recipient of personalized care services. These services will be provided right in your own home or preferred living environment.
Our team will help you with daily living activities such as:
- Bathing
ensuring bathroom safety; assisting the client with washing hair, scrubbing and other bathing regimen
- Dressing
helping the client undress for bathing; helping the client get dressed after bathing; assisting with clothing selection
- Meal Preparation
planning meals and preparing meals; nutritionist coordination; monitoring expiry dates for foods
- Feeding
mealtime feeding assistance; monitoring portioning of foods; ensuring that the client is able to comply with the diet plan provided by the nutritionist or their doctor
- Light Housekeeping
gardening, doing the dishes, dusting , keeping the bathroom clean, personal laundry, iron clothes, making the bed, organizing clothes in the closet, take out the trash
- Medication Reminders
keeping track of client’s medication intake; reminding the client to take the medication; checking to see if the medication supply is enough to last until the next refill; informing the client or family member to order a refill when needed
